Terms & Conditions
Photo Shoot Bookings
All bookings are made in advance and full payment made before the shoot. You must ensure you are ready for your shoot and on time. Delays may mean we will postpone your shoot and give you the next available date. No refund will be given for failure to arrive unless given the required cancellation notice. Picture Perfect Photography will not be responsible for loss or damage to your personal property. Photo-Shoots are 1 hour unless stated otherwise, and we may charge an additional fee for longer durations. We will endeavour to agree this with you during the photo shoot. If agreement is not reached that is mutually acceptable we may stop the shoot after 1 hour. Shoots longer than 1 hour will only be provided if agreed in advance, or at our discretion. We may charge an additional fee for delays during the shoot that are not caused by us, or if the shoot runs over the allocated time at your request. Any additional fee will be in accordance with the standard fee of the shoot you have booked and will be a pro rata of the fee.

All prints ordered online or at the Studio must be paid for in advance and will not be released until paid for in full. Online orders will be confirmed via email and will be processed once we receive your confirmation and payment. A'Print Preview' facility is provided for your convenience. We cannot be held responsible if you choose not to request a Print Preview. In the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with the quality of a print, we will replace the print. The original print must be returned to us.
Print sizes quoted are approximate and images may be cropped to suit the media size.

We are not responsible for loss/damage to your equipment. If you have no experience using studio equipment you should book training in advance.
